I’m often asked to imitate the great English philosopher Alan Watts for voiceover projects, and I thought I’d make this video about how to not only match his performance, but match the sound of the recordings of him that are being referenced, by using FFT EQ, compression, reverb and even distortion in Adobe Audition CC 2020 to make it sound like a vintage recording.
